We have resolved an issue with GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Teacher, and GoGuardian Beacon, in which users may have experienced trouble with monitoring student devices and data between approximately 12pm ET and 2pm ET. The issue was related to an outage involving a third party service provider combined with a GoGuardian service also experiencing issues during this timeframe.
