Welcome to GoGuardian's status page, where you can check in our how our systems are doing. If there are any connectivity issues or outages, they'll be posted here straight-away.

"Degraded performance" (yellow) means most systems are operational, but there may be lags or connectivity issues. "Service disruption" (red) means a particular function is experiencing a temporary outage. Rest assured though, if you see these alerts, our dev team is working hard to fix the problem as fast as possible.

Students that are online and signed into Chrome using their school/managed district account should now appear as online. If students continue to appear as offline, please use the troubleshooting guide available here: https://help.goguardian.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005669643-Student-s-Screen-Says-Student-Offline-.
