Welcome to GoGuardian's status page, where you can check in our how our systems are doing. If there are any connectivity issues or outages, they'll be posted here straight-away.

"Degraded performance" (yellow) means most systems are operational, but there may be lags or connectivity issues. "Service disruption" (red) means a particular function is experiencing a temporary outage. Rest assured though, if you see these alerts, our dev team is working hard to fix the problem as fast as possible.

Resolved - We have identified and resolved an issue that may have caused some student activity to not properly flag and generate smart alerts reports between 5:45am PST and 6:30am PST Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

Resolved - We have identified and resolved an issue that may have caused some student activity to not properly flag and generate smart alerts reports between 5:23am PST and 6:35am PST Friday, February 8, 2019.

Between 6:35am and 7:09am PST, approximately 99% of smart alerts traffic returned to normal. At 7:10am PST, 100% of smart alerts traffic returned to normal.

Update - We have successfully resolved an issue causing some student devices to not receive filtering policies and to not appear in GoGuardian Teacher sessions. This issue also affected the loading of policies in GoGuardian Admin and may have caused slower loading times. We apologize for any trouble this has caused.
